Dentist referrals
We offer a specialist patient referral service to general dentists throughout the South of England.
We want to support you in helping your patients access the very best and most appropriate treatments for their needs, whilst remaining affordable. You can rely on us to deliver a skilled programme of treatments with clear advice to continue routine appointments with you to maintain the results.
Patients can be referred for specialised work in orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, surgical dentistry, prosthodontics (fixed and removable), or implant and cosmetic dentistry.
Lymington is a convenient location for dentists operating in Hampshire and Dorset, and is just a short train or car ride away for most patients.
How to refer your patients
To start the referral process, simply fill in one of our referral forms. You can either request a pad of referral forms or download one below.
Please include any recent radiographs or study casts with your referral, these can either be attached to your email as digital files, or you can post the originals to us with the completed referral form. We will then scan these into our system and send them back to you.
We will acknowledge your referral in writing and arrange a consultation, which will include:
- An examination
- Radiographs and/or impressions for study casts and/or clinical photographs as appropriate
- A written report and treatment plan
- Discussion about any recommended follow-up treatment
Should you decide to go ahead with the plan, we will then arrange a series of appointments with your patient.
We are happy to discuss things informally with your patient before we start the consultation, and you are welcome to join your patient at any time during consultation and treatment.
We will keep you up to date with your patient’s progress and, once the treatment is complete, explain any ongoing maintenance that will be required.
